Betty asks…What is the secret of successful Recall of an incompentent HOA Board of Directors?We have a BOD for our HOA who are attempting to impose rules and fines that are outside the laws of the Davis-Stirling Act and Corporation Codes. We liken our situation to a concentration camp. There is blatant discrimmination and illegal activity going on. Can't get anyone in legislator interested, they say we're not a big enough forum of votes for them to bother with. Most homeowners feel a Recall will not be successful since few rarely are.
