Cheap Hotels In Chicago

Robert asks…Cheap downtown Chicago hotels?I'm looking to take a weekend trip to Chicago with my family to shop. I was wondering if anyone knew of some decently cheap hotels near the stores downtown? It has to also obviously be in a decent area. (Decent for Chicago at night) I have looked, but only found about $200+ per night. I guess I'm just not sure where to look. Thanks for your help!Anne answers:Go to Expedia or Orbitz and type in your budget and pick the Gold Coast, Mag Mile and Loop areas. If driving watch out for parking it can be $40 a day.
