Hoarders

Betty asks…Why do animal hoarders almost always hoard cats?I know that other animals get hoarded too but most of the time it's cats. I wonder why.Anne answers:I would guess it's because they're so easy to find. You can pick up unwanted strays off the street no problem and feel like you're saving their lives. Stray dogs aren't as common, at least not in my area. Also you can look in the paper and see free kittens most of the year.
